This home is very special. From the moment you drive up to the beautifully landscaped grounds you will be impressed. Hardwood floors, massive living dining room great outlooks to private manicured property. Bright kitchen that leads to the SW back deck. Modern bathroom with custom tile and heated floors. Master bedroom has private deck. In a quiet convenient location close to Mt Doug Market and all major grocery stores. Walk the Galloping Goose or enjoy a round of golf or the driving range all just 10 minutes away. UVic is a 5-minute drive. Beach access only 10 mins away. Great holiday home

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Georgia is an attentive and generous host and the house is clean, well equipped and cozy with lots of nooks and patios that make it feel spacious for a family of four. Highly recommend!

Lovely large space, amazing location.

This gorgeous home had everything. Garden , decks, fully stocked kitchen, amazing bathroom. Stunning location , close to beaches, parks, shopping. Best stay ever, to date. Thank you Georgia and Tim

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is bright, clean, spacious and well appointed. It has several balconies and a beautifull yard. Beds are very comfortable. The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet. The location is a walking distance to grocery stores, shops and restaurant. It is also near Mount Douglas Park which has lots of hiking trails. Communication with the owners was easy and efficient. We would definitely stay there again.

This home has the perfect east/west exposure. Drink your coffee on the front deck in the sun and have your glass of wine on the back deck and enjoy the sun set. The view of the back yard is sensational with the Dogwood Tree, Oak trees and rhododendrons. Listen to the birds and enjoy the privacy. There is always the perfect weather for you on one of the three decks. The gardens are beautiful.
