A cozy fireplace off to the side provides plenty of warmth to the main living room on chilly winter evenings. Large windows bring in a ton of natural lighting while offering incredible views for the surrounding pines. Head over to the open concept kitchen and prepare a delicious meal for you and your guests. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large farmhouse sink and plenty of meal prep space. Enjoy your meal together at the wood dining table off to the side, offering seating for six. A half bathroom can also be found around the corner.

Through the living room you’ll find a pair of sliding glass doors, giving you access to the backyard. Step outside for some fresh mountain air and enjoy the flawless weather Big Bear offers. Hang out at the patio table with seating for six and watch the big game on the mounted flatscreen tv. Barbeque some steaks on the propane grill as you watch the kids play in the full fenced backyard. Soak your worries away in the hot tub as you gaze up at the clear night sky or enjoy making memories around the fire table.

When it’s time to settle down from all of your adventures, head back inside where 4 bedrooms wait, beautifully designed with your comfort in mind. One of two master bedrooms is located on the main floor and offers a king size bed. A cozy reading nook can be found next to a large open window, providing the perfect spot for reading a book while enjoying stunning views of the pine trees. A private bathroom can also be found in this room and is equipped with double granite sinks and a large glass door walk in shower. Head upstairs where the remaining 3 bedrooms can be found. At the top of the stairs you’ll come to another living area/game room. A fun arcade game provides hours of entertainment for you and your guests while a round wooden table gives you enough space for a family board game. A large leather sectional sits in front of another mounted flatscreen tv, providing a spot where everyone can sit together and watch a movie. A full size washer and dryer can also be found on this level for you to use if the need should arise.
 
The first bedroom upstairs offers a fun full over full bunk bed that the kids will love. An air mattress can be found in the closet of this bedroom if additional sleeping space is needed. The next bedroom provides a queen size bed and mounted flatscreen tv. A bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower can be found in the hallway and is shared by these two bedrooms. The last master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, mounted flatscreen tv and attached private bathroom. The bathroom includes double sinks with a stunning river rock backsplash and a tub, shower combo. A plush sofa couch in this room provides the perfect space for lounging with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Sorry, no pets allowed in this newly remodeled home.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
