The Space:
Tucked away on a cozy side street this home is a perfect example of what Geneva has to offer!

The Lookout sleeps 4, has 1 and a half bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area with seating for four, and a living room with plenty of comfortable seating. With both a sunroom downstairs and an enclosed porch upstairs looking into the backyard, you will be sure to be sun soaked in every season at this home!

The eat-in kitchen has all updated appliances, beautiful backsplash, a smart TV, and a breakfast bar for lazy mornings! Walking through the kitchen into the dining room there is space for four to enjoy a meal together before retiring to the spacious living room and cozying up by the gas fireplace with a glass of local wine or cider. Up the checkered stairs you will find two queen bedrooms, one with an enclosed sun porch, and one king bedroom, all with their own smart TVs and plenty of closet space. You will also find a full bathroom equipped with washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as a large shower with tub, complimentary toiletries, and plenty of counter space!

Outside there is a grill for your use, and outdoor seating for the meals you create! Also in the yard you will find a fire pit to gather around for a laid back night and corn hole for some friendly competition.

On a quiet side street, this home has it all for a memorable stay with family or friends in the Finger Lakes!

Great house, perfect for visiting the area

Very nice home, older home typical of the area, but very nicely remodeled with all new furnishings, appliances, etc. Check in and Check out process were seamless and no major issues but host was very communicative and helpful. Really appreciated the informative book that is typical of hotels and some complimentary tastes from the local area. Very nice and friendly neighborhood, easy to access any of the local sites. We stayed during the winter, which was no issue for us being originally from WNY, but if you visit during the winter, know you may need to shovel a little snow or throw some sand down. But they have taken a lot of steps that made it feel like our own house which we really appreciated. We didn't make much use of "the lookout" which is a small room off of one of the bedrooms, but this house would be perfect for a family to stay during the summer, we wish we rented for a trip we made earlier this year. We will consider returning, but is a bit pricey only due to the additional fees and taxes.

Everything was perfect!

You must know that I stay at many VRBOs and this property and its management was one of my absolute favorites for several reasons. My hostesses were fabulous from the first moment, the floor plan of the house was very functional, the neighborhood was quaint and quiet and in a great location to everything, and the house was immaculate. I loved it so much I would really like to return and use it again someday.

Very Nice Geneva Home

Key pad entry. Very well redone older home in nice neighborhood. Walking distance to a local coffee shop. Very clean and neat inside and out. AC units were definitely needed and kept the house cool enough and definitely the bedrooms. All was as described on VRBO.

Cozy stay

We enjoyed a girls weekend. House was very clean and newly remodeled. Thank you for the bottle of wine and local jam! We would definitely stay here again.
