The home is located near hiking and biking trails. Enjoy a walk, hike or bike in the summer to Paige meadows, and in the winter bring those snowshoes and cross country skis and enjoy the same trails to absolute beauty and serenity.

While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the property's yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Homewood, and Alpine Meadows/Palisades. On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to grab a latte and breakfast at Tahoe House Cafe or a hearty breakfast at Fire Sign Cafe. For a night out, explore the restaurants in Tahoe City.

* Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Renters must be 25+
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
