The Space:

Pamper your traveling companions and guests in the Jacuzzi It’s covered in case you ever need a break from the sun’s rays. A large gas grill, and fire pit guarantee you can enjoy the outside no matter the season.

After enjoying a swim, walk through the kitchen spacious recently renovated kitchen. High-end stainless steel appliances let you cook tasty food for your guests without breaking a sweat.

At the end of the day, you can enjoy your favorite shows on big TVs in your living room Area or Master bedroom

The Neighborhood:
Your home away from home is located in one of the most diverse cities in the U.S., Irving, Texas. You’ll be conveniently located just 7 miles from DFW Airport, 12 miles to downtown Dallas, and 8 miles from the AT&T Stadium.

In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Irving has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Running Bear Park features ponds and a creek and is just a 1.4 miles drive! Beautiful Irving lake is also just 2.5 miles away. For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 10 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 4.5 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 12 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!

You’ll also be 9 miles to Irving Convention Center, as well as our very own entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory. The soul of the entire DFW Metroplex, it features an open-air pavilion for live music, along with a movie theater, restaurants, and bars. In this same area, you’ll also find Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal walk, a peaceful and charming section of Las Colinas. It’s the perfect gathering spot for those wanting to take a break from all the sight-seeing! And while you’re here, be sure not to miss the Mustangs of Las Colinas bronze sculpture and museum.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $120 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -

Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.

- ADDITIONAL BEDROOM

The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.

- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.

- NO INDOOR SMOKING -

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

- POOL AND HOT TUB -

Pool maintenance is scheduled twice a week. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -

Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.

The garage is remodeled as an extra room.
