My guests return often and tell friends. This is an older home, but well kept up.Very clean and private, with a mile of well marked trails for walking on the property. My staff and I work very hard to make sure we earn the comment " We wish we could have stayed longer, our kids don't want to leave. One guest said " Our favourite VRBO stay ever and we have rented many......Peace and quiet and nature all around you.

About Kamala Heath
We are English transplants who have fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest. The grandchildren love to come and spend time here.We love sharing the cabin with people who really appreciate the beautiful setting. We have spent years upgrading the property. Not easy with over 110 inches of rain a year! We are thrilled that our guests are returning and recommending the place to their friends. Thank you to all of you and we love your nice comments in the guest book.
Kamala Heath purchased this Cabin in 1984
Why Kamala Heath chose Forks
We come here to rest and rejuvenate and leave the city behind. Our family has owned and loved this property for over 30 years. Actually, the property has owned us! Especially the moles! Many of our English relatives have come to visit and are always amazed at the scenery.Last year's favourite memory was of my English buddies from high school sitting around the blazing campfire, late at night, drinks in hand, laughing until we cried. We wish to share this peaceful sanctuary with you.Make sure you take the time to walk the trails and pack a picnic for the beach.
What makes this Cabin unique
Tranquility, relaxation, and seclusion. We have enjoyed watching the wildlife in the large yard. The trails are magical. Also the beach-combing,fishing and hunting is pretty good too!

One of the most private and relaxing places we have stayed on the peninsula. Great central location to all the hiking, beaches and activities. Highly recommend.
Thanks for staying and come back soon. Yes when I put the sign up that says “ This is my happy place” I really meant it!
A beautiful retreat near Olympic NP
What an amazing property! So charming, with so many thoughtful touches outdoors - the gazebo, the outdoor shower, the trails. We didn't stay long and so couldn't fully enjoy all of them, but I highly recommend this location. Heard the sounds of nature all day and into the night, a completely peaceful and relaxing experience.
Thanks for staying. I love meeting my guests as they make all the outdoor work worthwhile. I agree that this property is magical.
Relaxing and comfortable!!!
House was very clean. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Outside shower was very enjoyable. Gazebo and grounds were beautiful. Close to beaches as well as Hoh rain forest. Will definitely stay when back in area. Enjoyed our stay!!!
Glad my grandson could help your son with that big salmon he caught. I enjoyed meeting you too. Come back soon.
We had a terrific stay in your cozy cabin. The location was perfect for exploring the rain forest and surrounding area. We loved the privacy afforded by your acres of trees and enjoyed the trails you've created. We feel lucky to have found this place and look forward to a return visit when the Hoh Visitor Center is open and perhaps when it isn't raining quite so much. But we understand how much the rain is needed, so a little rain didn't stop us from doing everything we wanted to except star gaze. Thanks for making this special place available.
I loved meeting you. We had been in drought conditions since May. So the woods really really needed the rain. Hope you come back soon. Kamala
Definitely a quiet hideaway.
Very peaceful, quiet, clean and has every possible kitchen need for your stay. The outdoor shower was amazing and the trails were really cool. We forgot a radio so we wished there had been one at the hideaway.
Hello. I really enjoyed meeting you and your husband The radio is a problem as there is no reception right there because of the trees. I do have WiFi and most people bring their own entertainment these days. Next time you come we will arrange a CD player. Come back soon. Kamala.
Beautiful spot close to forks, hiking and Ruby Beach
Beautiful, well located property. For the price it’s a great deal. The beds and sheets could be better but overall I’d recommend this place. Kitchen was well equipped and outdoor space was really lovely. Thanks
I am 15 miles South of Forks and very close to the road to the Rain Forest National Park. Centrally located for most of the local sights and beaches.
