It is within 30-45 minutes from the nearby beaches (Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach). You can visit the busy cities nearby (Orlando, Daytona, New Smyrna, Deland), amusement theme parks, springs, nature trails. We have lots of nearby springs and state parks for those that love nature. It is in a very tranquil and quiet neighborhood yet right in the middle of nearby busy cities Deland, Daytona, and Orlando. So, you can choose where to do lots of fun activities.

What makes this property unique

It will be a home all to yourself. It has a nice sunroom with a view of the golf course. You can book a tee time at the Deltona Golf Course Club.

We treat it with love and care. It is slowly being fixed and decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. We prepare this home very well for our guests. We make sure every surface, switch, and wall touched and untouched is fully sanitized between stays. We use disinfecting, sanitizing, and cleaning products on all surfaces and linens. We also disinfect all sofa furniture between stays (covers also washed consistently). Cleanliness is 100% our top priority when preparing our Airbnb home for our guests.
