I'd like to thank the owner, Frank for letting us stay in his condo. Loved everything we will stay again thanks!

We had a great time on our vacation. However, The A/C would not cool the condo. The owner always answered my calls and I thought we had it fixed but when it got hot outside the condo was warm as well. I like a firm mattress but the one there was not comfortable at all.

Loved our stay. Frank answered any questions and calls within seconds. Condo is just as described, wonderful view, comfortable bed. Beautiful condo. This will be our first choice the next time we are in the area. Great location, food and grocery across the road. The staff was always friendly and kind. Booking was easy and we thank Frank for letting us rent for the week. We will definitely be back and will be referring our friends to him as well.

The condo was great! Frank supplied everything! I’m so used to packing extra hand soap and a full bottle was in every bathroom, an extra trash bag in every trash can, etc. . I know those things are small but it all adds up. It was close to Pier Park which was great for dining, a movie on a rainy day, the pier or several shops to do a little shopping.

My only suggestion is a blind in the bedroom just to make the room a little darker in the mornings:) Just for those late nights on the beach and you want to sleep in in the morning. I usually wear an eye mask but will lose it through the night. There is a dark curtain but I think a blind would help also.

Waiting for the elevator was awhile especially on the weekends but we seem to have that problem every where we stay. That’s something the owner can’t help. We did find an elevator that had a worker that stayed in there for direct floors. That was nice!

The biggest issue we had was the chairs aren’t close to the beach. (This issue the owner can’t help either) it was a little frustrating to see signs posted up for people not to put their canopy’s or tents in front of the resort chairs but not followed through. We would get all situated on the beach in our chairs that were included (we were so excited not to have to pack those, and carry them to the beach every day!) but then people would literally bring their canopy or tents then put them up directly in front of all of us, taking away the view from the beach. Several people around us complained and we noticed by the end of the week the canopy’s were on the ends of all our beach chairs but not the small tents. That’s was our only issue.

I still rated it 5 Stars, the condo was nice, Frank was great, especially quick responses to my questions. We will be back but maybe bring our chairs just in case;)

I’ve stayed at Tidewater for the last 5 years, I usually stay through another owner but they were booked. Frank was great to work with, I’ve never used him before but would book through him again. Now if I could go eat at his restaurant in Sheffield, l would be set. Lol
