Great views! Don’t rent a suburban, because it won’t fit in the garage. Next time I will make sure and get the top floor. The people above us walked around all night and the floors are super creaky and we could hear their music.
I'm sorry the neighbors were bothering you this time. We probably could have done something about the music. That is a pretty large single car garage so it is surprising the car did not fit. I will measure it to be able to advise our next guest.
We enjoyed our stay
Not quit up to par
The condo itself was of reasonable size with a beautiful view of Break, but the bedrooms were extremely small with no real storage as drawers were installed in closets and half were taken up with bedding, leaving little for our own use. A smoke alarm was beeping in the condo when we arrived which I easily removed, but there was another smoke alarm beeping in a unit somewhere in the building which made sleeping or mere staying in the unit difficult. I contacted the property manager about both and they said they would contact their maintenance person for the interior smoke alarm and the HOA about the one in the other units - neither the interior unit smoke alarm nor the other unit beeping was fixed during our stay. The mattresses and pillows were really cheap and uncomfortable. The floorboards in the unit above the master bedroom were so noisy that we woke up every time someone moved upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked, but could use a frying pan (tough to make pancakes without). The sink in the master bath is actually separating from the counter - I was glad it did not fall off completely during our stay.
The dryer took 2 to 3 hours to dry a medium size load. The heating unit made strange sounds through the kitchen vent. After a while, we got use to the sounds and started to be entertained by them as they were less annoying than the smoke alarm that beeped in the hallway (from another unit) for five days.
We paid a premium for xmas week but did not get premium service that week, so much so we left a day early as we were tired of not getting a good night sleep.
I am so sorry that the unit was not in better shape for your arrival. I have noted all your feedback (and already addressed the smoke alarm - it was part of a building problem). I will rectify all the other issues you mentioned immediately.
The owner worked very hard on this beautiful renovation and these items should not detract from getting to appreciate this property.
We look forward to helping you more fully enjoy Breckenridge again soon!
Getaway with friends
Great property for 2 small families. Beautiful views and nice condo/amenities. Little farther from town than anticipated.
We are glad you liked Goldpoint #5C. Those view across the valley directly at the ski are are hard to beat. Fortunately, the Summit Stage shuttle stop in from of the building makes it easy to get to Main Street and the slopes.

The view is incredible. Loved being up away from town. Upstairs Lovely downstairs not so much. Creak
Lovely but beds we’re creaky
We are glad your enjoyed Goldpoint. Those view are hard to beat! The owner put a lot of work into the renovation and it really did turn out well (he is still going to renovate the downstairs bathroom). I will give you a quick call to ask which beds had a creak so we can take care of that before the next guest arrives.
Awesome home- views even more spectacular
The condo was fantastic. Our group really enjoyed it. Very spacious and the views are to die for. I will definitely be back!
We are so glad you liked the property. Those views are pretty incredible!
