Cozy Cabin on 40 Acres Near Sax Zim Bog and Access to St. Louis River

Perfect get away for those who love the peace and quiet and being outdoors.

This 40 acres lot abuts state land with easy access to the St. Louis River and right near the Sax Zim Bog area for any avid bird watchers.

3 ponds on site with frequent goose and duck sightings and listening to the tadpoles at night is the perfect background to your weekend in the woods. During the day, there's plenty of trails to explore by foot, four wheeler, or side by side and that will bring you to the St. Louis River for some fishing. The state trail is also easily accessible 3 miles away!

This property does not have a formal electric hook up or running water, however, the cabin stays nice and cozy with a wood stove and has 12V DC lights. Additional lights and TV can be ran with a generator hook up.

If you do decide you need to run to town, it's a 30 minute drive to Hibbing or just over an hour to Duluth.

Escape the busy day to day life and spend some time in nature's paradise! This property is perfect for nature lovers, a couple's getaway, or family weekend.

Cabin can sleep 3-4 but there is plenty of room for tents and campers if you wish to add extra people to your stay!

Our family loves time up at the property! Our GSP would always run the trails and enjoy the open area to run. There are open trails to walk or bring a four-wheeler and explore. Even though you can see the adjoining properties, you feel miles away from anyone out here!
