An incredible waterfront setting awaits at this multi-level home on the tranquil south side of Bainbridge Island, where the shimmering waters of Rich Passage fill your senses at every turn. Enjoy a private pebbly beach, a beautiful deck at the water's edge, and even a game room for relaxing evenings spent at home.

This sound-front home sits near Point White on the island's south end, on a scenic passage of Puget Sound frequented by the Seattle-Bremerton ferry. It's a stunning spot to observe seals and otters, collect stones on the beach below, and take in the grandeur of nature all around you. You'll be only five miles from the island's main town, which is home to several museums, great restaurants, and the ferry terminal.

Begin each morning with a hot mug of coffee on the beach, an alfresco breakfast on the deck, and a crossword puzzle finished in the morning sun. After a day spent walking or kayaking, you can cozy up and count the stars in the sparkling night sky.

The same waterfront view is on full display inside, where a rear wall of glass ensures you never miss a passing ferry or bald eagle. This open living space brings together a light-filled living room, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a French-door refrigerator and an in-island stove. After dinner each evening, gather for board games at the dining room table or retreat to the game room to play foosball and pool, watch movies, and grab your favorite drinks and snacks from the additional fridge, wine fridge, and microwave.

Additional features of the house include a private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi.

This home is four levels with a staircase on each level, making it possibly difficult for those with mobility issues to traverse.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
