In the vibrant Belltown district of Downtown Seattle, this Seattle Oasis vacation rental condominium is the perfect hideaway for a romantic weekend in the Capital of the Northwest, or for the single business traveler. With 1 comfortable bedroom and and a premium sleeper sofa, and 1 Bath, this vacation rental will accommodate four guests in a luxurious atmosphere.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

Ideally situated for visits to visit landmark attractions in Seattle’s center, your Downtown Seattle vacation condo is but steps away from all of the restaurants and attractions, as well as Seattle’s Space Needle and the nearby Convention Center.

The designer kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for a light lunch or for your own quiet dinner. With 800 thread-count sheets and custom hospitality mattresses, even the most travel-weary guests get a sumptuous night’s rest. Wi-Fi equipped and a flat screen television in the living room, guests also enjoy the 3,000 square foot roof top terrace, secure parking and a fitness center on the premises.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

You are close to all the Seattle sights, such as the Market, the Space Needle, waterfront, and more. For our sports fans, you are about a mile from both CenturyLink and the Safe. The Belltown neighborhood is eclectic, with 100s of restaurants, plus night life and shops within walking distance. Kitty corner is a small grocer, for your convenience. Also public transportation spots right outside the front door!

Great place

  • 5 of 5

We felt very welcomed when we arrived at the rental. It looked more like a luxury hotel setting. The amazing robes were my favorite. The location was great. A lot of great places within walking distance. Parking in the building was a major convenience!!!

Owner's Response: This is not your average vacation rental, and we take a lot of pride in that. Thank you for your kind words about your stay, we appreciate you taking the time to do a review. A car is most definitely optional when staying here, as there are lots of restaurants, shopping, plus some of Seattle's most famous sites within walking distance. And we don't charge for parking, so if you want to have a car, we make it super easy for you!

Cozy with all details covered

  • 4 of 5

Family of 4 stayed here for three nights while visiting Seattle. Great to have free parking and be within walking distance of everything downtown, space needle, pike's market, etc. We enjoyed the gym and the views from the rooftop deck. A couple of small grocery stores are within walking distance - a Fred Meyer is a bit further away. Room was clean and well-described. Oasis Vacations did a wonderful job managing the place.

Great unit for 2-people, perfect location, and easy communication with rental company

  • 5 of 5

Unit and Building Details:

-The unit was modern, very clean, and had everything we needed. Felt more like a hotel than an airbnb or VRBO, which I really liked!

-Had a nice welcome basket for us when we arrived, which included sparkling water, regular bottles water, teas, coffee, and microwave popcorn. There were even very organized instructions on how to use the TV and other aspects of the apartment.

-Not sure the square footage but between 400-500sf most likely. Perfect for 2 or 3 people!

-In-unit laundry with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided in the unit. This along with the fully stocked kitchen made it easy for us on our 10-day and multi-location trip!

-Bathroom was large and had Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Great water pressure in the shower and there was no lack of hot water!

-Bed was extremely soft, which I suppose could be good or bad depending on your preference.

-Balcony with cool street view!

-Apartment was on 3rd avenue, which is a big bus corridor. If you don't live in a city or are not used to city sounds you might find it a bit noisy, but this is a tradeoff for the central location.

-Rooftop had a great view and lots of chairs, though we didn't use it because it was a chilly October trip.

-Parking was easy. We had access to a covered garage spot and two automatic garage door openers.

Right in the city center! Walk to the Space Needle, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Chihuly Garden and Glass. Short cab ride from Pike Place Market and Waterfront.

Communication with Seattle Oasis:

An absolute breeze! Gave us very clear instructions before we arrived, check in was easy and flexible (which was helpful because we were uncertain of our exact arrival time).

-Bathroom door was a slider, not a real door, and was broken (wouldn't stay on track) so didn't sufficiently cover the doorway even when "closed". Practically felt as though there was no door at all.

-There was a maintenance request that was fulfilled for the unit during our stay. While this didn't really affect us, it would've been nice to know that someone was planning to enter the apartment while we were out for the day.

-Thought it was odd that we were asked to take out the recycle and trash before check-out.

Overall, this was the perfect spot for my fiancé and I to stay during our 2 night trip to Seattle!

Somewhat disappointed

  • 3 of 5

The condo itself was located in a good location even though we had a car we walked to many area restaurants and shopping. The amount of Homeless people in the area was a bit concerning even more so if you had to leave windows open at night due to no AC and you could hear them. We heard one Homeless man coughing all night. The Transit was located right outside of our windows and the noise was non stop along with sirens etc. Not a peaceful place to get a good nights sleep or to sit on the deck to relax.

The Condo needed some updating with paint and woodwork due to wear especially in the bedroom. Nightstands in bedroom were very worn and the only piece of furniture to put anything on. The kitchen was done nicely it had the basics and the living area was very small but fine. Couldn't get the WIFI to work. Two people max for this unit four would be overcrowded.

The welcome basket (actually no basket it was just sitting on the counter) consisted of two small bottles of sparkling water, one bag of microwave popcorn a few mints and tea bags. We immediately went to locate a place to buy some supplies.

Found the people within the building to be friendly. Had some great food did a lot of exploring on foot and by car.
