This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath property is a magnificent Seattle Oasis Vacations condo in the heart of Seattle's lively Belltown Neighborhood.

Seattle Oasis Vacations invites you to feel right at home in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the heart of Belltown with water and city views.

Welcome to your home away from home. Cinnebar accents bring a splash of bright color to the Asian-inspired decor. A spacious, remodeled kitchen features new cabinets and is fully equipped to please any cook. Tall windows provide ample natural light and fantastic city views, including Seattle's famous Space Needle from the master bedroom and living room.

The master bedroom features a ultra-comfortable California king size bed (rare in downtown Seattle), oversized windows featuring a city and Space Needle view and a glimpse of Elliot Bay, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a plush queen sized bed and oversized windows.

A premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room sleeps additional guests. For your convenience this condo also features wireless high speed internet, local and domestic long distance phone, cable TV, and a stacked washer and dryer.

It is one of the rare vacation properties in the Belltown neighborhood with two bathrooms, and a king sized bed!

Building features include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise facilities, as well as a rooftop deck with gas BBQs and 180-degree views of Puget Sound. Step out your door to various restaurants, a bakery cafe, and urban grocer on the main floor of the building, or take a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and night life. Walk 5 blocks in one direction to Pike Place Market or 8 blocks in the other direction to the Seattle Center for the Space Needle, Experience Music Project Museum, Children's Museum, Pacific Science Center, and Key Arena. The building is also 4 blocks to the waterfront and 5 blocks to the new Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park and Seattle's downtown shopping core. Make your vacation one to remember, stay at the Belltown Court!

Please be aware that this building does not have central air conditioning (almost NO buildings--less than 5%--actually do). There is a window unit during summer months, and we do provide fans for your comfort.

Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Nice condo in a great location

  • 5 of 5

Nice size condo with a fairly well-equipped kitchen. The condo is secure and in a great location. It's about a 15 minute walk to Pike's. A couple of things to note

1. The second bedroom is off the living room with parlor doors for privacy. If folks are up late watching TV, it could be noisy for those in the second bedroom. And speaking of noise...

2. The complex has interior and exterior units. The interior units face the courtyard while the exterior units face 1st and 2nd streets. 1st and 2nd are busy streets and on Fri and Sat nights, the street noise can be heard in the unit. If you are a light sleeper, it could be a problem. And lastly on the noise...

3. There is a lot of construction in the area. Our unit faced 2nd street. At precisely 9:30 on Sat morning, the heavy equipment started up including a pile-driver. We were out for the day so it wasn't an issue. No construction on Sun morning. Don't know what time they start during the week.

All that said, the noise wasn't an issue for us and we enjoyed our stay.

A Little Disappointing

  • 3 of 5

We stayed in a unit is this complex last year and absolutely loved it. So we decided to stay here again, and since we couldn't get the same unit as last year, we booked this unit. The unit was a bit disappointing. The water heater is so small that we had to wait at least 15-20 minutes between showers. Also, the water heater kept breaking down, so we had to keep resetting it. The owners know of this problem because there's directions on how to reset the water heater. This should be corrected. Also, the guest room has no black out curtains, just these cheap shear curtains that everyone can see through. So if you want to change in your room, you're going to give the construction workers and pedestrians a view of your birthday suit!! I think you can spend less than $50 to put at least a thicker curtain. It made it very inconvenient to always run to the bathroom to change. Anyway, the location is great and we will definitely stay in this complex again, just not this unit unless improvements are made.

Great Location - Expect City Noise

  • 4 of 5

Our stay was pleasant. The location of this apartment is phenomenal. Centrally located within a 10/15 minute walk of the main attractions, such as the Space Needle, Pike's Market, and the Wheel. Great restaurants surround the apartment building. Shiro's at the base of the building is a must if you like authentic sushi! Umi is a great spot for fancy Americanized sushi rolls, and a great Sake selection. Apartment being in the middle of the city, noise is to be expected. However, there were a few nights that we were awoken to verbal fights on the street below us. The windows do not block much. We also found that at night, the temperature was hard to make comfortable, and the room got a bit warmer than we like, even with the thermostat turned down or off. Windows could have been opened to let a cool breeze in, but expect even more noise. We enjoyed using the hot tub several evenings, but the pool, despite being "heated" was barely above 60 degrees. Brr. Overall, we were please with our stay.

Really good location!

  • 4 of 5

The accommodations were great! The host was really nice and the building was quiet and secure. The only complaint we had was beyond the host's control. There was construction across the street during the day and a few emergency vehicle sirens at night but the host provided earplugs by the bed stand!

Close to everything!

  • 5 of 5

Perfect place for this family of four during spring break! The two bedroom /two bath condo was great. Everything you could want or need was provided. Great restaurants, bakery and cute little convenience store all a few steps away. Yes, there was construction going on, but it was all part of the city life experience. We would definitely stay here again!!

Owner's Response: Thanks for taking the time to share your experience! We work hard to make a good first impression and start our guests experience in Seattle with a smile. For folks unused to a city environment, there is traffic and pedestrian noise until evening hours, and sometimes later. Thank you for mentioning your experience. We make it clear in the Homeaway posting that guests can expect to hear street noise. We do provide earplugs in the bedside tables, for those extra sensitive. This particular condo is on the fourth floor of a seven story building, and faces Second Avenue, a fairly busy one way street heading south. For future guests, please ask about the urban environment if this is a concern to you, as we do have condos in this building that face the interior courtyard. That being said, you are six blocks to the Space Needle and five blocks to the Pike Place Market, and right up the hill from the waterfront, so if you are looking to see the sights of Seattle, there is no better location!
