This whole house booking is a combination of three individual units: Peaceful Oasis, KC Made & Farm Charm.
3 king, 7 queen, 2 twin, 2 cribs, 3 pack n plays. BEDS for 22 adults. However, there are 3 couches which could be sleep on as well as 4 air mattresses if needed.

Family Birthday/Reunion Weekend

The house has several spaces for conversation, movies and/or game playing. There are spaces and places to enjoy for children of all ages and adults. It was extremely clean and close to areas of interest. Thank you!

Basketball game gathering

Six Couples gathered to go to a Jayhawks game in Allen Fieldhouse, all college friends, but now in their 70's. This was a large home that accommodated us nicely. It has two outside covered porches that overlook a wooded area, and both upstairs and downstairs living rooms, plus kitchens up and down. All but one bedroom had dedicated bath and shower. Lori was very nice and communicated well with us.

Holiday Wind Down

We had a great time at our annual after Christmas wind down gathering. The house was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms for our group and plenty of room for my grandkids to roam. We especially love the big open area of the kitchen, dining and living room as that’s where we spend all our time. Cooking, eating, playing games and laughing. We have stayed at several other houses, all okay, but this one is a winner!! We will be back!! Thank you Loretta for having us! You are a pleasure to work with! See you next January.

Family Christmas

This property was perfect for our large family. The home was spacious and clean. We had 11grandchildren ranging from 4 month old to 17years old and their parents. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids played football and swung on a tire swing in the backyard as well played board games. We had the best time!!

Gigantic and Gorgeous

This was the roomiest house we've ever stayed in as an extended family. There was a bedroom and a bathroom for each family unit. It was beautiful and cozy and convenient to all our events! Our host was very helpful and responsive!

Central US is home. Though I was born in St. Louis, Missouri, raised in a small rural subdivision of Oregon, Wisconsin, I have come to Kansas City, Kansas to grow roots. Here on our homestead work can be tough, but, not without rewards. Faith & family are dearest to our hearts and hospitality goes hand in hand with those gifts. Come stay with us, we'd love to host you.

Why they chose this property

With a growing family comes a need for larger and larger space. We decided to find a place suitable for our large family to gather when we needed to & found this gem. In the times we aren't merry making in this enormous house, we thought we would open this luxury up to those who likewise need a larger space to come together, relax & get away from the routine.

What makes this property unique

When multiple generations get together, it's hard to please everyone. And let's face it, not everyone wants to use the same bathroom. We loved the fact that almost every bedroom has an ensuite, save two.
It can be tough finding a place to relax with a larger group. With the multiple choices here, one could hardly have a problem. Boasting two separate decks, a large yard w/tire swing & fire ring, woods & pond, four separate living rooms, two children's zones, jacuzzi, etc. you'll find your niche.
And all the while you enjoy what the BnB has to offer, your vehicles can be safely parked away in one of the many garages open to your use.
