Central air conditioning, free high speed wireless internet and unlimited long distance calling to U.S. and Canada. Bedding is 1 Cal King, 2 Twins or 1 King in 2nd suite. 1450 sq ft Minimum 4 night stay. There is a $325.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.42% State Taxes added to all rates. You may cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus $100 cancellation fee.

Whale Watch Adventure

Our party of three enjoyed the unbeatable views from the lanai to watch the whales all week! Fantastic location and vantage. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous views and perfect location

We stayed at this property for a week and loved it. We were glad to have AC, and also fans to keep the air moving, as it gets hot! We loved the proximity to two great beaches - Kapalua Bay Beach to the South (good snorkeling and swimming) and Oneloa Beach to the North (great boogie boarding and fun tide pools in the lava rocks). Both beaches are easy walks (5ish minutes), even carrying a bunch of beach gear. Just slightly further is Napili Bay, which we also loved (it's fun to have a bar/restaurant right there - we ordered takeout from the Sea House restaurant and enjoyed it on the beach). Beach gear - the condo is pretty well stocked. There are 4 beach chairs, a canopy, an umbrella, 2 coolers, misc. snorkel gear, basic beach toys, and a boogie board. They provide the standard blue/white striped towels for pool/beach. The washer/dryer are on the older end, and the dryer definitely needs service (it's LOUD). We all wished there was a drying rack of some sort, to hang up our beach towels and swim wear at the end of every day. They don't allow things to be hung outside (understandably), but even just a folding rack to put inside would've helped a lot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this property again in the future!

Amazing Views and Access from the Patio

Terrific location for Maui visitors looking for a more low key, private experience. Beautiful views just outside and access to trails and beaches in just steps. Perfect location for our family.
