About Harry Matz
I live and work in Washington, DC as an attorney for the Department of Justice. In my spare time, I hang out with friends and family, get culture, do yoga, pretend to stay fit by running, biking and the like, read, volunteer, learn, do stuff. I like real books with physical pages. I lay off of Facebook, more or less.
Harry Matz purchased this Townhome in 2010
Why Harry Matz chose Deer Valley Resort
Convenience to everything, both skiing and town, and the feel of the place. It's bright but comfy, quirky but efficient. The floor plan allows great privacy in the bedrooms (they have no common walls or even floors, and each has an attached bathroom). The common space also flows nicely.
What makes this Townhome unique
If you happen to prefer a car-free ski vacation, it can be done.

LOVELY CONDO IN DEER VALLEY!
The condo was lovely, and well located. Would highly recommend it for a winter or summer stay.
We stayed for two weeks and invited a bunch of friends who stayed from 3 days to a week. Everybody agreed that the quality of the furnishings were higher than expected and the property layout was perfect for small private spaces and the kitchen/living room area allowed for large groups to come together comfortably too. We will be back for sure.
Amazing condo, perfect location
We did not want to leave this condo! We were so comfortable - we had everything we needed and more. The split level design allowed for privacy when we needed it, and there was also plenty of room in the den and the kitchen for everyone to hang out together. The view from the hot tub was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the location cannot be beat. The bus stop is right there, and we never had to wait more than 7-8 minutes for the bus. The condo is perfectly situated between Deer Valley snow park lodge and Main Street, and also very close to the grocery store. Harry and Paul were both extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks for an amazing place to spend our vacation!
Great place. Harry responded quickly to any requests or questions. Would definitely recommend!
Thanks so much Melissa. It is my goal to have a townhouse condo that others enjoy as much as I do on the too-few chances I get to stay there. I also pride myself in being responsive when issues to arise, either personally or through my housekeeping and management folks on the ground.
Please do returned. By the way, summers are on believable out there!
Great condo in great location
My friends and I enjoyed the condo greatly. A short walk or uber to town and easy access to PCMR. Great place and the host was very helpful.
Weekend Stay For Sundance
We had a great weekend at the house! So easy to get into town and everything went perfectly.
Thanks for the nice review. It speaks volumes for not only the condo itself but the people I work with to manage and do housekeeping that you had a great experience during Sundance, simply because that's the busiest time of year (more than Christmas/New Years, more even than Presidents) for the locals, and they are stretched to the gills.
We love the location too! 9 buses an hour during high season a few steps out the door, or a 10-minute walk into town. Can't be beat.
Come back again!
