We stayed a week, check in was a bit of a challenge. We were sent the wrong information (a completely different resort) initially but they were quick to resolve the issue. Getting into the room was a challenge(some was user error). We were 2 hours late getting into the condo due to condo was not ready for us at check in, which was between 4-5, and the problems with the keypad entry. Someone came out to get us in. The keypad continued to be difficult for most of the week but we always managed to get in after a couple of attempts each time it presented an issue. Upon immediate entry to the condo, I am standing facing a door to the utility closet that has an extremely thick accumulation of dust from top to bottom, which I immediately pointed out to the management employee. She chose not to make a walk through to inspect the condo but simply stated she would have housekeeping come out in the morning and left quickly. The condo was very dirty. This is a housekeeping issue. Horrible amounts of thick accumulated dust on doors and cabinets, dirty dishes, dirty cupboards, mildew on multiple ac vents, sand in the sheets and on the bed to the point I questioned if they had been changed, toilets dirty under the lids. We did a quick wipe down of the kitchen and bathrooms that night. All dishes used had to be washed before we could use them. Some of the furniture had changed/was not usable. 2 dining chairs had legs that were almost off and were unsafe for use.
