This condo is designed for a stylish and relaxing beach experience. Once you pull into the covered parking, there is really no need to drive for the rest of your stay. With a 2-3 minute walk you can arrive at the Tybee Island Pier, the Breakfast Club, or any of the shops and restaurants on Tybrisa. For those seeking adventure, there are several recreational kiosks selling activity packages and/or renting bikes/kayaks/boats/jetskis.

On the inside, our condo offers all of the comforts of home with a full kitchen and dining table featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all utensils for cooking and serving. There are 2 big screen televisions, the largest being 47' in the main room. The master features a King size bed and private bath, the second bedroom has queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full and a twin bed. The living room also has a pull-out sleeper sofa.

About Jody

My name is Karen White. I live in Marietta, GA with my 3 sons. I have been a foreign language teacher in the Fulton County School system for more than 30 years. Myself, and my son, Jody maintain this condo for our own enjoyment as well as the enjoyment of others.

Why Jody chose Coastal Georgia

When we decided that we wanted a place near the water, we were looking for combination of convenience and unique qualities. Tybee Island is the closest beach to the Atlanta area, but it is it's size and charm that set it apart. Tybee Island is a place that is neither too large nor too small. Simply put, it feels like a place that you can 'get to know.' It will never become a generic place like Hilton Head or Panama City, but will retain it's character and identity for years to come.

What makes this condo unique

In Tybee, you have many opportunities. If you want to stay and relax at the beach, beach-comb near the pier, sightsee at the lighthouse - then you don't even need to leave the island. If you want to enjoy Savannah's unique cultural and dining establishments, then it's only a 25 minute car ride.

Great Location

This condo is in the perfect location. It is close to the beach, shopping, food, churches. Anyplace you can think of it is within walking distance. The condo was clean. The owner was great to work with. The best part is the price. We will use this condo again when we visit Tybee. Thank you so much!! KP

Girls' Weekend

Luxurious but on a budget!

We couldn't have asked for better accommodations! We had 5 adults plus one dog and we had more room than we thought. It was nice to have a garage for parking our two cars. Loved the elevator to haul all our food and bags up for our stay. Patio was very useful for the smoker in our group plus for us to check out the pirates around for the weekend. Weather was perfect for us to use the beach and with the garden hose at our condo we could rinse off the sand to keep our floor cleaner. Beds & pillows were so comfortable. Bathrooms roomy and very clean. One of my daughters is so particular about the little things like updated furniture,kitchen counters and counter space. I scored big for picking you! We wanted to stay longer but unfortunately couldn't. Thank you for being available for only a 2 night stay. That was hard to find!

Cancellation

Just wanted to compliment the owners on their communication and understanding. We had a medical emergency within our group...first we hoped to re-schedule for a future week and the owners were completely willing with no loss of money...but then we had to cancel and once again, they were understanding and quickly e-mailed us back responding to our questions. We finally cancelled after our first reservation date had passed, and although we understandably lost a small booking fee, we got our refund...even the offer of a future discount. The owners are a class act and we will certainly try to re-book.

Great way to kick off the summer!

Great Location! Very comfortable condo. Loved going to the beach in the evening and watching the boys fish as the sun went down. AJs and Sting Rays never disappoint!

Excellent Condo near beach!

The condo is in excellent condition. Really clean and the beds were so comfortable. Love all the flooring and upgraded countertops. The beach was just a quick 3 minute walk away. Located right next to the pier and south side of Tybee which is the BEST part of Tybee. We were able to check in early and that made our day even easier cause we were able to unload our stuff and run to the local IGA (just a few minutes away) for some groceries and snacks before hitting the beach.

I think the only part I didn't care for is that the pool is shared with another facility next door and it seemed to have a lot of people smoking by it. We didn't spend but about an hour at the pool combined cause we loved the beach so much.

We would book again and for sure will visit Tybee again next year.

Savannah is so close also and fell in love with the whole area!

Owner's Response: The pool is accessible through an easement that allows our guests to use the pool and we cannot control the nature of the other clientele. But also, given our property's location, we are lucky to have access to this pool. Many families have told me that they have enjoyed it, but I have heard a few negative experiences before. Personally I have never used the pool, mostly due to it's small size, and my preference to the ocean. The pool may be technically for private use, but there are no security installations to oversee it's responsible use. I'm sorry this wasn't the experience you had hoped for. The Brass Rail, another neighboring property, has a security gate around their much larger and nicer pool. Summertime rentals for their unit's can be as much as $2000-3000 per week. Much nicer amenities, much heavier price tag. I feel my the vast majority of my renters understand that our condo does not come with resort-style amenities, but such extras are far outweighed by the far superior location...the first of which is everything on the South Beach is pedestrian friendly. I hope you will come stay with us again. We do offer discounts for repeat customers. Thank You!
