This is your time off. Your Grill Chef will love the provided cedar planks and the in-line natural gas feed - who wants to run out of propane with steaks on the grill? Inside you'll find a fully-outfitted kitchen with everything you need for gourmet cooking and stylish entertaining. Dine elegantly inside or casually outside.
Experience the open, indoor-outdoor floor plan and modern original art painted by local artists. The living room has ample comfortable seating around a fire-glass fireplace with 50 inch HDTV above. In addition to a 7 ft long modern sofa, there is a sofa sleeper with a very comfortable double/full-size Tempur-Pedic mattress.
Watch HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax, or hundreds of On Demand options; Pick a movie from our large BluRay/DVD library or stream your Netflix/etc account to any TV. TechSmart home has computerized pool/spa controls, iHome in each bedroom, fast wi-fi throughout, and free long distance to US and Canada.
Sleep well on comfortable beds with fine linens. The expanded King master suite features a romantic media room with fireplace, seating area, 42 inch HDTV, desk, en suite bathroom, and sliding door access to the spa. Second bedroom features Queen bed, 42 inch HDTV, and sliding doors to a private patio. Third bedroom has 2 Twin beds which can be combined into a 2nd King.
There's a new, full-sized high efficiency washer/dryer and table tennis set in the garage. You'll even find yoga mats and a massage table for your romantic or therapeutic touch.
Lots of eco/green features/upgrades to make this a fun and interesting, yet guilt-free low-carbon vacation.
Default pricing is based on occupancy of 6 or less. $25 per person, per night Additional Guest Fee for the 7th and 8th guests.
$250 Departure Cleaning Fee.
Pool Heating is an additional $50/night, $250/Week (recommended October through May). Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs during stay.
Airbnb guests: prices shown include 12% City Tax.
Other guests: 12% Cathedral City Tax will be calculated on the shown rent + cleaning fee. $500 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit due 30 days before arrival.

Everything about this was great! I requested the weekend and received an immediate approval. We were able to check in early AND they gave us a late check out. The house was great. The pool/hot tub was perfect. The BBQ grill was ideal. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home. We had everything we needed to make breakfast/lunch/dinner in the kitchen. It felt like we were at home from the moment we got there. They are obviously doing work on the outdoor space. Didn't affect us but can't wait to see what they do when it's finished. Could be a great reception or small wedding space. Conveniently located by Trader Joe's and other grocery store options. Short car ride into downtown. We would stay there again and again. Thank you Joe and Corey for a great weekend.
Very attentive hosts
We are regular VRBO renters and Joe was by far one of the best hosts. He was very responsive to any concerns or items required. The house is extremely well stocked and organized. The area is quite and a nice base for our first trip to the Palm Springs area. We are a family with two seniors and three kids aged 6months, 5, 8. The house was safe and stocked for them and they really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Thank you Joe and Corey!

Quiet location, great house. Lots off space inside and out. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

This was my friends and I first time visiting Palm Springs. This house was perfect even for a batcherlertte part :) The house was very fun and colorful. AMAZING beds. If you like late night fires, the fire pit was awesome as well. The only thing that was a bothersome was a little chuck of tile/seament was coming off by one of the pool lounge chairs....doesn't feel very good if you accidentally step on it. Other then that very pleased and would recommend to anyone looking for a great house for a reasonable price!!!

This is our third time staying at the house for our girls weekend. We love staying here so much that we plan our trip based on the availability of this place. It has everything we need. The beds are amazing!!!

“We first discovered the Cathedral City Cove neighborhood almost 20 years ago. Over the years, we rented vacation homes in Palm Springs, Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage, and we found that homes in 'The Cove' area of Cathedral City were on bigger lots, with better views, at better values. Also, regular Palm Springs visitors know that the desert wind can be very bad at times, especially in the Spring. North Palm Springs is the windiest area, but sometimes the wind spreads to Central & South Palm Springs. Protected by a circle of the Santa Rosa Mountains, 'The Cove' is one of the least windy neighborhoods in the entire desert. We are situated between Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. We are only about 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and 5 minutes to Rancho Mirage.”
