Great location

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is very cute, well stocked, and comfortable. It was perfect for our stay. The location felt very safe which was important to me traveling alone with my son. We are a lot of meals in and the close proximity of the grocery store was very convenient. I appreciated the fact that there were paper towels and basics such as cooking spray and spices available. The little things make a big difference. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

  • 5 of 5

My husband, son, and I recently stayed at Roger's apartment in D.C. First, let me say that Roger was very kind and easy to work with. Our apartment was ready and he was very accomodating about our arrival and departure. times The apartment is in a perfect location. We were about two blocks from the metro and walked to many restaurants. We highly recommend Hank's Oyster Bar which is about a block away. We really enjoyed our visit and would stay again.

Awesome location (some amenities lacking)

  • 4 of 5

This property is in an awesome location. It is a fairly cost-effective option if you'll be staying in the DuPont Circle area for an extended period of time. I typically stay in Marriott properties so I have a high expectation of cleanliness. The bed and bathroom were clean, so that's great. The carpet and floors were not super clean, lots of dust in the corners and cracks next to walls. Overall, I agree with the amenities that were listed in previous reviews. I do wish there was a higher-quality and larger bed in the bedroom. The other amenity I thought was lacking is that the Wifi was very very slow, so it was hard to get work done when I had to use my VPN for work.

The owner has been awesome to deal with and super responsive. I thought the pictures were very fair and accurate. Also, the area is very safe and I had no concerns walking alone at night to and from various places. I would stay here again.

AN IDEAL APARTMENT, WHATEVER YOUR NEEDS!

  • 5 of 5

We were very impressed with Roger's apartment, right from the moment we walked into the Boston House complex, to be greeted by our host! The apartment itself is very roomy, for 2 people ( how 4 people would fare, we're not too sure), with just about everything provided (EVEN down to cotton buds provided in the bathroom!), the kitchen area is well equipped, and there is plenty of storage space. To some people, the bedroom may be described as a little cramped for space, but we found it, once again, perfectly adequate for our needs! The main living area has plenty of space, and is tastefully furnished, with nice artwork adorning most of the walls. The walk-in wardrobe area, again, has plenty of room for clothes, with a long hanging rail (plenty of clothes hangers provided!) and cupboard storage as well.

All in all, there was ONLY 1 drawback to our vacation............. IT WASN'T LONG ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
