House has modern touches to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing after enjoying all that Dominica has to offer from the beautiful waterfalls, black sand beaches, 365 rivers, luscious rainforests & the island sites like Fort Shirley.

The space:
The house has a tropical feel from the colors, curtains, paintings, and the peacefulness of the home. Meant to be a place of relaxation after enjoying all the great outdoors and beauty of Dominica.

Electrical: 110 and 220 Voltage
The House is wired for both 110-120 and 220-240 Volts. There are outlets throughout the house equipped for both voltage for your electronic devices.

Bedrooms:
Each room comes with a wardrobe for storing clothes and other items, a nightstand, alarm clock, and surge protector to plug in your electronics.

Living/Family Room:
Has its own surge protector to plug in your electronics, extra HDMI cable to stream from your laptop to the 50" Flatscreen TV.
There are also 4 patio chairs for sitting on the front porch or in the back area of the House.

Guest access:
You can access all parts of the property except for the wooden house in the back. Please be carefully and cautious with the unfinished concrete slab with exposed rebar at the back of the house and the unfinished upstairs with exposed rebar if you want to check out the sunrise/sunset on top of the house.

Other things to note:
Complimentary shuttle service is provided for guests to and from the Douglas-Charles Airport in Marigot to the house in Portsmouth or to and from the Ferry Terminal in Roseau to the house in Portsmouth.

A shuttle driver will be awaiting for you outside to pick you up and take you to the house. On the day of check out and depending on what time is your flight/ferry departure, the driver will also pick you up and take you to the airport or ferry for departure.

Upon booking, provide your flight/ferry arrival and departure times to arrange for pick up.

No need to worry about how you will get to and from the airport/ferry to the house. Let us handle the transportation. The shuttle drivers are safe drivers and licensed and insured to carry passengers.

If you like to reserve a car rental, there is a car rental less than 10 minutes walk from the house and located next to the National Bank of Dominica. There are also car rentals in Roseau and at the airport.
