Additionally, enjoy the convenience of free parking spots on a first-come, first-serve basis, with no street parking allowed. The home offers central amenities, linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, an in-house washer and dryer, an iron, hair dryer, and complimentary cable and internet. As a thoughtful touch, starter supplies are provided, including paper towels, dish sponges, detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all bathrooms.

Please note that this house is self-catering, so a quick visit to the nearest supermarket is recommended for any additional items you may need during your stay.

- Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (Must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 7 days before check-in).

- The home is non-smoking, and pets are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum charge of $400.00 against the security deposit.

Starter Supplies and Housekeeping:

- Starter supplies and a thorough pre-check-in cleaning are provided.
- Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. A mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee.

Food Policy:
