Comfortable and quaint

My kids and I spent 4 nights at this quaint house and enjoyed our stay very much. Kathleen was very easy to communicate with, responsive, flexible, and just a pleasure to deal with. The property was very clean, and comfortable. The neighbors are quiet, the neighborhood is not necessarily walkable to restaurants. Overall, this is a great house, very cozy. The only suggestions I have would be to provide some additional extra touches like coffee pods, more dishes (especially those that can be put in the microwave for reheating foods), but otherwise, the property worked out great for us, and I wouldn't hesitate staying there again.

Quiet Weekend Getaway by the Beach

Beautifully decorated home that was clean, quiet and super comfortable! The decor made it feel coastal home vibe the minute you walked in. Deck, grill and patio was great to use and relax on. While there are multiple units, the AC worked well, well stocked kitchen. Our favorite feature the outdoor shower that was AMAZING! Great to wash our dog and ourselves after the beach. The backyard was not fenced in and we still had to use a long leash for our dog. The beach is literally a walk away and so private and quiet! Everything we wanted! While the neighborhood has some abandon/questionable properties, we never felt unsafe. The neighbors and neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The area does not have walkable restaurants so you do need to drive if you are looking for that. This area is still in the transitional stages of modernizing and not quite as updated as the East beach area but we were ok with the simplicity of that. When we had any questions, the owner was quick to respond! Very appreciative of that! Overall we had a great time!
