This private 800sf garage apartment has a deck that overlooks 55 acres of woods. It has it's own private entrance. Sleeps 4 adults , 3 toddlers, and a baby. It's located in a neighborhood where all the homes have 3 acre park-like views. There is a large playground on the property that is covered in play sand. Picnic tables for adults and children, swing set (includes baby swing), slide and climbing wall, Geo Climbing Dome, Trampolines ( one fully enclosed with netting), park benches, and toys. The fenced in back yard has an in-ground pool. There are safety gates at the top of each stairway. We have 3 toddler cots with fun animal sleeping bags available. A traveling crib with changing table and bassinet are also available. For longer stays, there is a washer/dryer available in the garage below apartment, as well as gym equipment. The bedroom has a desk and chair in front of the window which overlooks the playground. Blackout curtains for those that work nights. There is a seating area with gas fireplace covered by a pergola and 4 sun loungers around the pool. We have a variety of floats, goggles, and child safety vests available.
