Riptide Retreat is a dog friendly beach getaway with 2 car garage included. There is space for parking boats or large RV/camper (no hookups) with negotiable fee depending on additional guest count beyond 6 using the home.

Relax at this peaceful secluded beach house with fully fenced yard while enjoying the evening sunsets and listening to the waves. Situated on 2 acres, this beach house is just a 2 minute drive or 10 min walk from Copalis drive-on beach entrance. The property is located between down town Ocean Shores and Seabrook! Bring the whole family for all the comforts from home including 2 car garage, laundry room, well appointed kitchen, electric fireplace, propane grill, large deck, reclining leather sofas, Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s, Keurig and drip coffee makers, 2 Pack N Plays, safety gate, large dog crate, board games, beach toys and more!

From beachcombing for sea treasures, golfing the 18-hole golf course, horseback riding or fat-tire biking on the sand, clamming or fishing in the ocean, paddle boarding or kayaking the freshwater canals and lakes, to banging around with bumper cars or throwing strikes at the bowling alley, Ocean Shores offers something enjoyable for the entire family! Take a beautiful 9 mile drive up 109 to Seabrook for a day of shopping and eateries or just just to visit Pacific Beach.

Riptide is a 1500 square ft 2 story home and accommodates 6 guests comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Main upper level hosts master suite with double sinks and shower in bathroom, living, dining, kitchen, half bath and large deck. Lower level includes front entry, 2 car garage, queen bedroom with closet, twin room with 2 beds, guest bathroom with tub.

Family Spring Break with grandparents

Very comfortable for 6 people, felt like home. Private yet super close to drive-on beach access. Clamming in season.. a fun first for the kids!! Lots of games for rainy days and beach toys as well. Great fenced yard for the dogs. Very responsive host. Do bring your binoculars to enjoy watching the coyotes and eagles nearby.

Great location, beautiful area, house well equipped!

Our family (with 2.5 year old) stayed at the house and really enjoyed our time. The house is private, well laid out and had everything you need from two pack n plays, laundry, extra pillows and blankets and great kitchen cooking supplies. The house was clean and tidy upon arrival. Holly was great to communicate with and so nice! Would definitely stay again!

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Riptide Retreat. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, large private yard and deck, nicely decorated and comfortable. After staying at several beach rentals the Riptide outshined them all. It was helpful that rental rules and instructions are nicely posted around the home. Dog friendly is a plus! I can’t think of anything missing that would have made our stay more enjoyable. Hoping we can return again soon.

I am a Registered Nurse of 27 years. After raising 2 children in Washington with my husband Aaron, we decided to fulfill our dream of owning a beach house in Ocean Shores that can also be shared with others. We both take particular interest in comfort, cleanliness and enjoyment. We hope to make this place more wonderful with each passing year.

Located on Copalis Beach between Ocean Shores and Seabrook, this property has the best of both worlds with the natural beauty of the trees surrounding the 2 acres property.
