We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are washed and dried on high heat settings to kill any bacteria or viruses.

A Damage Fee is included in your booking quote to cover potential accidental damages to the property during your stay in lieu of a security deposit. It is listed as "Administration Fee". A rental agreement will be sent out after booking for you to review and sign within 24 hours or the booking may be canceled. The pool is professionally cleaned and serviced weekly. The pool cleaning company chooses the day of the week based on their schedule. Any off cycle cleanings requested will be $125/clean. We have a security camera on the front of the house facing the driveway to ensure everyone's safety.
