Step into our newly renovated, peaceful haven at 1291 Laurel Way in Sandestin Resort. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful golf course views in the lovely Laurel Grove neighborhood, our cottage is cozy and private. Just a short walk away is the Laurel Grove clubhouse where you will find a seasonally heated swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs, a hot tub, mini-kitchen, outdoor grill area and state of the art exercise room. The neighborhood also features several stocked ponds for guests to fish. If you are looking for entertainment, restaurants or shopping, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard are only a short golf cart ride away. The sandy white beach is easily accessed by golf cart; a 10 minute drive away.

Our newly renovated cottage, including new flooring throughout, is spacious enough for the entire family! The master bedroom is on the main floor and features a king bed, private newly remodeled bath with large updated shower featuring multiple shower heads. A guest bedroom on the main floor offers a king bed and private remodeled full bath with large shower. Upstairs you will find a charming third bedroom with two queen beds and a private full bath. There are cable HDTVs and Blu-ray players in each bedroom that allow for easy streaming, along with WiFi throughout the house. The renovated gourmet kitchen features a bright, open look with NEW quartz countertops, NEW stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cookware and dinnerware to serve the whole group! Our sunny dining area seats six with bar seating for four. Relax on our wrap around back porch that provides a charcoal grill and features a spectacular view of the golf course "number one tee box". Our cottage in Laurel Grove is the perfect resort vacation spot! Bring your family and enjoy, relax and unwind!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Would definitely choose this home again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location & wonderful home that was extremely clean and perfect for us & our young adult children. We stayed 4 nights and actually never left the resort this time! We used the 6-seater golf cart to get to the beach daily, Publix grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shop, neighborhood pool, marina, Village at Baytowne Wharf & took a nightly ride around the resort exploring. Beach tip: set up your tent or chairs at the beach by 9am to get a better spot and then return later to enjoy. For kitchen, bring: all-purpose cleaner, casserole dish/disposable pan (only a small casserole dish was provided so we had to purchase pans at Publix), extra kitchen towels for washing & drying dishes (only 1 dish cloth & 1 hand towel provided). Home is close to neighborhood pool & hot tub which is nice! Check in/out went smoothly & host was responsive! In our opinion, a home with golf cart is the best (not required but makes everything much easier when going to beach, grocery store & Baytowne Wharf which are in different areas of the resort).

Clean, well kept, beautiful house. We had four adult guests and had plenty of space for sleeping/hanging out in the home. The kitchen was clean and spacious. The golf cart allowed easy and quick access across the resort and to the beach. The neighborhood pool was clean and peaceful when we needed a break from the beach.
