Brothers Dylan, Dalton & Noah, and Mom, Norma purchased the property in 2019. Since theyn they have been working to convert the property to a small in on their farm. This is an ongoing process and always evolving. Natives of Southern Maine & NH, they all live and work in the area.

The property has stunning sunrises and moonrises, and there is always a beautiful view to be had. Tucked away from the world yet very convenient to get to shopping, the cost, dining and more.There is a charming brook, woods, fields and the location is perfect.

Charming Inn set on a 125 acre farm. Convenient to most locations in Southern Maine and NH. Located near the center of North Berwick, with stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. There are 4 guest rooms available each with frig/micro/coffee and the first floor a common area of room and breakfast nook (frig, micro, toaster oven) may be shared with other guests. There is a heated indoor pool for private use by simple reservation on a clipboard by door. Excellent location to be away from tourist areas but close enough to visit Beaches 20-30 minutes, RT 95-15 mins, Portland Portsmouth-45 mins, Kittery Outlets -30 mins. Mountains and skiing, 1 hour 30 mins. Suites includes a comfortable bedroom, bath and with views of the farmland from every window. See great sunrises, wildlife sightings and an amazing moon if you happen to be here on a clear moonlit night. First floor liiving room has 50" smart tv, and gas fireplace as well as a breakfast nook.
