“Brookside” offers families and couples a unique Vermont vacation experience. Boasting the most serene location in Killington that incorporates utmost privacy, Killington golf course frontage, Roaring Brook frontage and some of the most incredible mountain views in Killington. The private setting was the motivation for the interior design that highlights the natural beauty of this amazing property. A large open gourmet kitchen, with island and gas cooktop, is ideal for cooking and entertaining large groups in an open spacious area. The kitchen is equipped with new skillets, sauce pans, baking pans and roosting pans along with new high-end dishes and bowls. Brookside is a chefs paradise. The large home boasts 5 bedrooms with 4 full baths coupled with numerous living room and sitting areas. The six person hot tub spa on the deck offers spectacular Killington mountain views, along with acres of snow driven vistas of the 4th and 5th holes of the Killington golf course. All while the beautiful and relaxing Roaring Brook sings in the background. Brookside is one of the closest homes to the Killington base lodge and is minutes from the slopes. This beautiful house has high speed wireless Internet, and cable TV programming for the three plasma TV’s. The beds have all recently been updated with brand new Simmons Beautyrest Plush Mattresses along with all new sheets and linens.
There is a detached garage on property with studio that is not occupied during rentals.
The house is equipped with six sets of new snowshoes for exploring. When you want to relax indoors, there are two large wood burning fireplaces, with fire wood.
While we do participate in Homeaway/VRBO Online Booking, we do thoroughly screen all guests. Once it is confirmed that your group is a good fit for Brookside, your online booking request will be accepted and you can pay via personnel check.
A $2,000 security deposit, refundable after your stay, is required for Brookside. It is returned after inspection from our property manager Heidi Jeromin 802-236-3189. Please note, Brookside is only available to families and couples.

NOTE: Brookside is only available to families and couples. We cannot allow snowmobile or ATV access onto golf course from Brookside. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended during the winter months at Brookside. Use of the large outside Firepit requires an extra $250 fee.
*IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ONLINE BOOKING AND PAYMENT*
We participate in HomeAway's "Online Booking" Feature. If you “Request a Booking” HomeAway will quote the rental based on the dates you selected. HomeAway adds a service fee to use this feature. (This fee is paid to HomeAway, not to the property owner.) Please note, that while we do use the HomeAway "Online Booking" feature, we DO NOT use the HomeAway payment system. We only accept personnel checks or online money transfers at this time.
After we verify that your group is a good fit for the property, we will “Accept the Reservation”. At this time your credit card will be charged the HomeAway service fee. (Which is paid to HomeAway, not to the property owner.) Your reservation will then be held for 7 days. This gives you time to transfer money, or mail a check that equals 50% of the cost of your rental . The remaining 50% along with the $2,000 security deposit will need to be received no later than 10 days prior to your check-in date. After inspection from our local property manager, Heidi Jeromin, we will return your security deposit. Please make sure you include the completed and signed “Lease Agreement” with your initial deposit. As always, if you have additional questions please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time.

Brookside is awesome, car port used all weekend with the crazy snow, and jacuzzi is wonderful. The snow shoes were used, as was almost every bed, pan, and plate. Your kitchen is perfectly stocked. Thanks for fitting us in a day early and for accommodating the scheduling of President's Weekend. We couldn't have picked a more perfect location from the mountain and the shops.

As our family head count gets bigger it was great to have such a beautiful home to post up in. Enough room for all while still remaining personal. The obvious recent renovations are spectacular. As is the setting and the proximity to all the premier spots on Killington road. I liked it so much I would recommend it to my boss. Let’s do it again.
Perfect House for Family Ski Vacation
My family enjoyed a great four day stay at this home which comfortably fit 6 adults and 5 children. The home is well appointed and the owners pay great attention to small details which make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The proximity to the mountain including wonderful views and private setting were also a bonus. Heidi was also extremely helpful and responsive during our stay. We look forward to returning next year!
Beautiful house close to the ski mountain
We were two couples with 6 children ages 3 to 8 and the house was perfect for a ski vacation. The home was beautiful and extremely well stocked with everything we could have wanted. The layout was perfect for a group our size as there was lots of different areas to gather for family games and fun, as well as quiet nooks to enjoy a book by the fireplace. We will look forward to a return in the future.
Great house and owner
We rented the house around Christmas and ended up spending more time in it than anticipated due to bad skiing conditions. It was 12 of us altogether, 6 adults and 6 children and the bedrooms fitted us well. The house is clean, very close to the slopes. The owner provided a water cooler which was great since the tap water was a little strange. It was very nice of him to give us an extra bottle when we ran out. Given the bad skiing conditions, we asked if we could stay another night and the owner was very accommodative and threw in an extra night for free. We left a pair of ski boots behind and Heidi (the manager/housekeeper) mailed them to me within a week. Overall, we had a great experience despite the lack of snow. Definitely recommend the house.
Excellent for Golf Weekend!
My party of 12 (40-something) guys rented this home for a golf weekend this summer. Everything about this property is top notch! Central location, plenty of parking. The kitchen has just about every gadget you could ask for. We actually cooked here 2 of our nights and went out to one of the many local taverns (within a 5 minute drive) on our 3rd night. More than enough sleeping space for 12 guys. We spent most of our days on the golf course and most of our nights in front of the fire pit but did manage a few trips to the hot tub. Large, super-private backyard was great for our group as we were able to play lawn games and hang out by the fire without bothering the neighbors. The house was clean on arrival and the manager actually emailed me the day prior to let me know we could check in early. I would definitely recommend this property to a large golf group or to a few families. I would think three families with kids could easily fit in with room to spare. The basement seemed like an awesome place for kids to hang out, watch movies, play video games and bubble hockey. Can't beat this property's combo of location, layout and amenities.
Don't just rent this spectacular house in winter--we vacationed there in August and it was wonderful!! The views, the firepit, hot tub, large yard for games, the soothing babbling stream...it is all incredibly enjoyable in this amazing setting for summer in Vt. The house is outstanding, very modernized and yet comfortable and spacious with terrific views. Every aspect was impeccable. Not far are opportunities for summer activities such as hiking, waterfall, lakes, streams, boating. And a must is Sugar and Spice for breakfast. We also enjoyed the local bakery. Bob is very accommodating and helpful along with being very responsive. The location is superb and even the driveway is wonderful at Brookside; spacious and a beautiful carport. Our extended family of all ages found it perfect and hope to return in the not to far future.

He/she can work their craft as their friends and family sit around the island observing, conversing and sharing their favorite beverages. Brookside has wonderful and luxurious finishes throughout the property. It is a large home yet very private, awesome views. 6 person hottub. There is a detached garage on property with a studio apartment above that is not rented and is usually unoccupied during your stay.”
