There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 8 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odor removal.

4. Pets are allowed. Please let us know what type you will be bringing.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. The Hot Tub water must be maintained during your stay. If the water requires to be drained and filled after your stay you will have a $350.00 charge.
