Unreliable guest

Booked the place and made all arrangements.After 4 days , the guest messaged me and said the place is overbooked and asked me to cancel the booking. He blamed stayz for the overbooking. Never trust this guest or Stayz any more. Is this guest a Scam????

Terrible host

I paid for 7 nights double booked for two of those nights of witch I was told I had to leave with no reimbursement then told my stay could be extended for those two days but had that revoked too and still have not received a refund for them.
