Indeed a gem

We really enjoyed staying at this property - it was clean, comfortable, well maintained, with charming decor. The neighborhood was super cute and so easy to walk around... great cafe, bakeries, restaurants, too many to choose from! We enjoyed Blue Sky Brews (for coffee), Presti Bakery, and La Dolce Vita (dinner). Easy drive into downtown Cleveland too. Other museums quite close by. Highly recommend!

Perfect little spot

We flew in for a book signing with our favorite author from Australia! This place was the perfect place for us! The area was amazing, the smell of Italian food as soon as we stepped out of the car was AMAZING! It was clean and perfect. I had to make one call to the owner to verify parking and he answered immediately and was so kind. I would absolutely stay here again! This was my first trip to Cleveland and I was so impressed and will certainly be back!

Visiting CWRU

Great location, VERY quiet and perfect for visiting little Italy and campus. Beds are a bit on the firm side, but everything else was very nice and as described. Parking is at a neighboring house right next to the sidewalk. Took a few minutes to figure out, but there is a diagram near the front door that helped.

Little Italy

Daughter had surgery at Clinic. Some nights I stayed at hospital, but would return for a little while to shower and regroup. Little Italy is a great location and also close to clinic.

Short stay for family surgery

We really enjoyed our stay. Area was great, close to hospital in a cozy neighborhood. I was glad to have off street parking. We would stay again.

Why they chose this property

You will feel at home in this neighborhood. Great neighbors, great restaurants, and it's very safe. This is an old neighborhood, filled with the energy of youth. This apartment is so close to the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, and Case Western Reserve University that you can literally walk there. Unbelievable Italian restaurants within blocks. 3 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic.
