The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and newly updated home, located in a prime spot with stunning views of Boca Ciega Bay from the second floor! With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a loft area, our property can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.

This family-friendly vacation home comes equipped with a pack n play and high chair, making it perfect for families with little ones. For those who love to explore the water, there's a public boat ramp just a quarter mile from the driveway. Additionally, you'll find a variety of dining and entertainment options less than a mile away at the new Seminole City Center, featuring an outdoor promenade with a wide array of shops and restaurants, including the popular CineBistro.

Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to Boca Ciega Waterfront Millennium Park and the 50-mile Pinellas Trail, offering endless opportunities for biking, walking, and running. And if you're craving some beach time, it's just a short bike ride or golf cart ride across the bridge to the beautiful shores of Indian Shores and Redington Shores.

Inside, you'll find a tastefully updated space with all new mattresses and furniture. All bedrooms are situated upstairs for privacy and convenience. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed, an ensuite shower, and a jet tub for ultimate relaxation. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also feature king beds, while Bedroom 4 offers 2 queen beds. The loft area is perfect for larger groups, with 4 queen beds, a slide in the middle, and a queen pullout couch.

Outdoors, you'll find plenty of amenities to enhance your stay. Lounge around the large pool, gather around the outdoor firepit, or challenge your friends and family to a game of corn hole. The gas grill is perfect for hosting a barbecue, and there's ample outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy.

We understand that your furry friends are part of the family too, which is why we offer a dog-friendly stay for an additional fee of $125 per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

Parking is a breeze with driveway space for 3-4 cars.

Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a drip coffee pot, Keurig, and French press for the coffee lovers.

We are pet friendly! Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay (up to 2 dogs). $75 per dog after 2.
We ask that all dogs are crate trained and that you clean up after them.

**A friendly reminder that quiet hours are 10pm-7am per the city of Seminole. Any complaints from the city or neighbors may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation :) This is a residential neighborhood and we want to be respectful of our neighbors**

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
