Great for groups and multi-family getaways, this retreat features two adjoining condos - each on the ground floor with a private entrance. Directly on a beautifully designed Coore and Crenshaw golf course, your pristine setting boasts beautiful fairway views. Take in the lush greens from the patio, which showcases a gas grill, covered alfresco dining, and a wood-burning firepit.

Find plenty of space to spend time together in the first villa, which features a living area, sunroom, two smart TVs, and board games. The well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a long dining table creates plenty of room to enjoy meals together. Adding a touch of luxury, the bedroom had an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, in addition to the shower.

In the second villa, a thoughtfully appointed studio layout offers a smart TV, a table-top for two, and a convenient kitchenette - complete with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, hot plate, drip coffee maker, and ample dishware.

An ideal home base, your location provides easy access to Lake Oconee and Oconee National Forest. The shops, restaurants, and museums of downtown Eatonton are also a short drive away.

Both condos have step-free access.
Community amenities (pool, golf course, restaurant, etc.) are only available to members of Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. They will not be available to Vacasa guests.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
