There is an additional full bathroom on the ground level, as well as a half bath on the second floor. On the second floor is also where you will find a full size kitchen with a huge island, a very comfortable dining area, and the family room area with a huge 75 inch TV to watch your favorites movies and sport events. On the ground level, you will find a comfortable sitting area to enjoy a barbeque, music, and take in the evening's ocean breeze. Finally, on the roof top, you will find an open terrace offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Rodriguez Key. The roof top is the perfect place to witness the famous Florida Keys sunrises and sunsets. Sit up there with a freshly brew cup of coffee in the morning, and a margarita in the evening.

The home is located on the Ocean Side with an open flow canal and a very short distance to the open ocean, making this location a fisherman and diver's paradise. Enjoy the complementary canoes and explore the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys. We are less than two miles from Rodriguez key sand bar, and less than five miles to John Pennekamp Coral Reefs. Multitude of restaurants and bars are located within five miles of our beautiful home.
