This a little piece of paradise in the heart of Dania Beach. This 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom beautiful bungalow is fully gated and it comes with parking as well. It has loving upgraded interiors with wood floors, granite kitchen counters & new bathrooms. We have split AC, TV and wifi. You are in the center of it all when you stay in our home. Welcome to Blue Wave Bungalow!

The Space:
Special cozy cottage is perfect for couples and small families. Comfort is our 1st priority and all the essentials you will need to have a comfortable stay are provided. A full newly renovated kitchen with plenty of kitchen cabinet space. The bedroom and bathroom sit next to each other with enough space to move around. The outdoor patio area is great for a morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful Miami weather.

(This compound has a separate duplex property that hosts other world travelers.)

You have access to everything in my home and a parking spot.

Getting Around:
A car is preferred, but Uber & Lyft is easily accessible from the property.

Other Things to Note:
If you do not have a car ,Uber and Lyft are frequently used and reliable throughout the neighborhood and all of South Florida.
