Casa Jardin is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage house 1 back from the beach, it is less than a minute walk to the sand and water. Just 5 years old, all amenities and comfortable spaces to lounge, watch TV, dine, cook, entertain including an appointed office nook. Casa Jardin is very well maintained along with the yard. Casa Jardin lives up to the name with an immaculate large yard with lots of vegetation, including palm, mango and papaya trees, oleander's, cacti, to name a few. Enjoy the rooftop deck in a hammock, or dine at the table, spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy the peaceful patio with a wood fire pizza oven. Short walk to Tres Palapas Pickleball. Each bedroom has glass sliders opening out onto the panoramic patio, nightskies to enjoy - a short drive to town for a wide variety or restaurants, live entertainment, coffee cafes, shopping markets, a gym, yoga studios, all waterports, fishing, bike and atv rentals available and great hiking trails
