Great Place to stay

Nicely remodeled apartment, great water pressure. The owner was what made this property stand out though - he answered questions I had and when the power went out in the area he reached out to make sure we were up and running. He also brought towels and laundry pods/dryer sheets to us during our stay.

Great option with easy access to Providence

We had a great 2-night stay. The host is very professional and we’re pleased to be his first VRBO booking. Pros: - absolutely spotless - Edmund is kind and thoughtful about ensuring guests have a good experience - nice towels and linens - all the basics provided like plates, dishes, cooking implements, throws, toiletries - provided niceties like coffee, face masks, a flat iron, and a couple of beers ✨ - kitchen has gas range + oven, air fryer, toaster oven, Keurig - nice TVs in living room and both bedrooms, easy to hookup any streaming app Cons: - kitchen does not have a microwave - this was a big drawback when we wanted to reheat our restaurant leftovers - not sure what the logic is, but adding a microwave is the only easy fix we found in our whole stay - no ice maker, 2 ice trays provided - unit is upstairs - staircase is narrow and has a sharp turn - it’s typical of staircases in this region & style of house but could be tricky for folks with mobility issues - it was a bit of work to get our heavy suitcase upstairs but we made it happen - not a walkable neighborhood so you’ll need a car or Uber to get around Overall a great stay that met our needs for a couple of days exploring Providence.
