- The driveway and carport are a combined 89 x 10 ft. and can accommodate up to 4 vehicles comfortably and/or large work vehicles. The right parking pad is 23 x 23 and can accommodate 2 additional vehicles. Please do NOT park on grass.

- We are not responsible for vehicles parked on public streets or personal items left in vehicles.
- Please be mindful of 4-way stop signs with traffic cameras when driving around the area. Remember to come to a complete stop and count to 3 before proceeding to avoid a ticket (snaps a photo and mails you the ticket).

Great Place to Stay

The house was exactly as pictured and immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable which made for great sleeping. We really appreciated the provided coffee and creamer each morning. Although we didn’t bring our dog on this trip, the large back yard should certainly appeal to dog lovers as a place to play fetch and run off excess energy. We would happily stay here again.

Convenient to downtown B'ham

Enjoyed our stay though the neighborhood was a little busier and noisier than I would hope for. Really chose this based on a nice fenced in back yard for the dogs. Was a little disappointed that I had to pay a dog fee and was still required to buy an insurance policy or pay a HUGE deposit. I'll never pay that size of a deposit sorry not sorry. In other locations there was a dog fee or an insurance requirement but both is not really what I would call pet friendly.

Comfy , clean 3 berm home

Owner has ensured that everything is in its place and very clean. The only drawback on the location is that it’s on a fairly busy road with little to no shoulders, so going out for morning walks didn’t appeal to us. All in all very comfortable. This had been our 2nd stay at this location. So obviously it met our needs.
