This beautifully updated clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome comfortably sleeps 4 guests and includes a fully equipped new kitchen, a dining area, living room, two full bathrooms, lakeside patio, washer and dryer, high-speed wi-fi, 3 flatscreen TVs, a 3 minute walk to the community pool and plenty of free on-site parking. Located inside the gates of a 24-hour manned security gate community, the townhouse has easily accessible walking/cycling/jogging pathways and is about a 5 minute walk to park and playground. This townhouse is walking distance to the recently renovated PGA National Resort and Spa, a 15 minute drive to Juno/Jupiter beaches, 10 minutes from Gardens Mall and Downtown area, 20 minutes to West Palm Beach/Palm Beach Island and PBI airport. This is the prime location for those vacationing or looking for an extended stay in the Palm Beach area, renowned for its breathtaking beaches, golf-courses, biking trails, global cuisine, distinguished arts & culture and alfresco lifestyle.

Townhouse does not have access to PGA National resort golf, tennis, pickleball or resort pool amenities however the spa and restaurants are open to the public. No parties or events allowed. No smoking or pets allowed.

The house is professionally cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Fresh linens, towels and dish and clothes cleaning starter essentials are included.

Only guests staying at the townhouse will be registered at Security. After 9pm a valid ID is required to enter the PGA National gated community.

Our “Staycation” was everything we needed.

This cottage was very clean and very well appointed. Easy to enjoy. Owners were easy to work with as far as getting into our cottage arrival day to special instructions on our departure morning. We had Family over for dinner & a swim. Everyone enjoyed. Thank you so much, Connie & Shane

Very comfortable, clean & convenient

Loved the cottage and the lake view, especially in the evenings and early mornings for the sunrise. Very clean, lovely fluffy towels, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, loungers in couch were an added bonus, very convenient parking and quiet and safe neighborhood. Owners were very quick to respond when the battery in fire alarm was beeping. Some soft throw blankets for the couch would be a nice addition.
