The home is located10 minutes from downtown Sparta. Travel another 15 minutes to Cookeville, home to Tennessee Tech and restaurant row. 15 minutes in the opposite direction and you'll land in Crossville, home to Buckees and the Cumberland County Playhouse. Each city laced with its own historical tale, alluring charm, Tn State Parks, and unique experiences. You're sure to land on some refreshing adventures in any direction you choose.

But what about necessities, you ask? Don't fret!
