The location of the property is perfect for catching early-morning sunrises or late-night stargazing and is suited with outdoor decks and plenty of seating for all to enjoy. For the fishing enthusiasts of the group, grab your fishing gear and tackle box and head on over to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier, which is a quick, 5-minute walk from the home where you can enjoy fishing and live entertainment at Fish Heads Bar and Grill!
The top-level open floor plan allows for entertainment and fun in every room. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for cooking up the catch of the day. Each floor offers guests space for relaxing and enjoying life at the beach with bedding comfortable for guests of all ages. Beach Access: Just across S. Old Oregon Inlet Rd, you'll find the Ida Street public beach Access. There is a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive, lifeguard stand (in-season only) and a wooden walkway to easily cross the dunes.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
