This clean urban abode offers 1 comfortable king sized bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, heated floors, a private courtyard, and lots of natural light.

Dine in or walk to one of the numerous restaurants, coffee houses or bars in Seattle's centrally located Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Parking is provided but being just 1 mile from the city, it's easy to walk, bike (bikes provided by City of Seattle at kisok 1 block away) or take the bus to local attractions. Experience the City on the Sound in style.

A GEM on Capitol Hill

We had the pleasure of a 5-day stay at this property, the 2 bdrm lower level unit "A", and were thoroughly pleased with all aspects this unit. We were three mature adults, who were in town for an annual industry conference at the convention center, and we were all very comfortable and happy with this unit, and loved the luxury of having parking for our vehicle. We found the unit very well-appointed, with plenty of clean towels, bath accessories, coffee (which we replaced), and a fully-equipped kitchen (which we used for breakfasts and light meals). There are many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance (up the hill 3 blocks to 15th, or down 3 blocks to Broadway), as well as two QFC grocery stores and a Safeway close by. We had planned to use the bus and transit services to get to the convention center and visit area tourist sites (Pike Place & Seattle Center), but found driving to be relatively easy, especially knowing we had parking waiting for us upon our return (I found it easier to back in from the street)!

Additional amenities were the cable TV and WiFi, which both worked perfectly (with more stations than I subscribe to at home). All in all, this was a perfect location for us...the rental and access information was seamless and trouble-free, and I will definitely request to use this location again on a future visit to Seattle. Thank YOU for a very pleasant trip to Seattle!!!

Centrally located and a great place to stay and use for a base to see Seattle.

This condo is a great clean and well furnished place. The kitchen is well stocked so you could do all types of cooking.

We had 6 adults stay. Two of us drove from Minnesota with the other 4 flying in for the wedding. They found it very easy to take the light rail to and from the airport and walk the short distance to the house. We all ended up using the bus system, light rail, and uber to get around rather than deal with the traffic and parking downtown. We were very thankful for our off the street parking spot at the house. The bus stops and light rail station are in close walking distance. We each got OCRA cards which made all of the mass transportation very easy to use.

The neighborhood has a large grocery store and an abundance of good resturants and shops . Volunteer Park is a close walk and is a great place to do things such as the conservatory, Asian Art Museum, view from the water tower, gardens, and relaxing. If you are new to Seattle as we were, the Seattle City Pass is a great deal for seeing some to the landmarks.

We are very happy with our stay and would stay there again along with highly recommending it to others.

Excellent Choice

This was a perfect vacation residence for our visit to Seattle. It is spotless, convenient and clearly great thought went into the accommodations, layout, furnishings and supplies. They even have a booster seat and umbrella stroller for guests with an infant. The location is central, which provides for easy access to interesting places in any direction. It is within walking distance to Volunteer Park and Cal Anderson Park. We were impressed and would definitely recommend it.

We were really impressed with this property. Our family came up for a wedding and rented two units. Great way to have some privacy yet still together whenever we want. Place was clean and nicely furnished. And both kitchen and bath were well stocked. Great location, short walks to everything. Restaurants and grocery store.

We were very happy with our rental and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Next time we come up, we will rent the one bedroom just for the two of us. We are looking forward to another stay here in the near future.
