About the Owner
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a websitecould be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

A place to decompress
We enjoyed this spot on a quiet, tucked in side street with a less then 10 min walk to the beach. The side entrance that is the laundry room made doggie clean up a breeze. The hot tube is pure heavan and the local neighbors we saw were extremely friendly.
Good Value; Feels Like Grandma's House
The sofa is not a sleeper sofa. If your group is 4 adults, it will work. If your group is two adults and three young children, it will work. Way too much clutter; if you like the feel of your Grandma's house, you will love this place. If there was a tasteful theme to the stuff, it might make sense, but there isn't any evidence of a plan to coordinate (beach stuff, SW desert stuff, stuffed birds, odd photos and lots of clocks). The stuffed animals on the wall might be distasteful to some guests or scary for children. The home is small and tight, the extra stuff everywhere makes it feel smaller. Depending on the time of the year . . . it can be a great deal (price-wise). Quiet neighborhood. Super nice neighbors. Kind of close to the beach but plan to drive. We would not stay here again.
Little house full of things
This home was definitely cozy. The hot tub and washer and dryer were its best features. It was very full of nicknacks and furniture. It was hard to know where to put our things when we arrived so we did not disturb anything. It felt more like a home than a rental. It was an easy walk to the beach but definitely several blocks. It is obvious that the owners care about the place and enjoy going there. That was nice. We would not stay here again, but we had a great time playing games and walking to the beach and the house had everything we needed.
Cozy and clean
There were four of us ladies who wanted a place to relax and do some scrapbooking. We were very pleased with this place and would stay here again.
Thanks for sharing your home with us.
