With walls adorned by colorful Monopoly prints, iconic street names, and famous game tokens, you'll feel like a true real estate tycoon. Twister Room: Get ready for some playful twists and turns as you enter our Twister-themed room! Vibrant colors adorned with a life-sized Twister board along with lamps also playing the game make this room an explosion of fun. No detail has been forgotten, so if you can’t totally unplug, this room has a desk and TV that can be converted to a monitor and the modem so you can attend to work.

Relish in the beauty of the greater Potomac and Chesapeake Bay while enjoying a barbecue or lounging in the hammock, swinging or relaxing by the fire pit. The private dock is perfect for sunbathing, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking or jumping in for a refreshing swim. If you have a boat, you can bring it and tie it up here and enjoy the best part about this house- the water.

Games await you outside also with corn hole, giant Jenga and croquet among others

You can’t leave your fur baby behind, so feel free to bring up to 2 dogs, but please clean up after them.

We are located in a rural area in a neighborhood-like setting close to town. You can walk, bike or run for miles safely around the house and there are many nearby trails. You will need a car to get around to any of the attractions. Be careful on the roads at night!

- Children are welcome at the house, however, the house may not be suitable for young children because of the indoor fireplace, lack of child-proofing features and a hill with access to water.
Parents should use their discretion when booking and ensure that all guests, children, and pets are monitored at all times while on the premises and that all activities are suitable for the children. Children’s life jackets are provided. Please follow all instructions written on the life jackets to ensure they are used appropriately. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to ensure the safety of the children.

- Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $50. You must clean up after them outside (waste) and inside (fur). No dogs on furniture or wet dogs inside. Dogs should be crated if you leave the house. You'll find some extras inside to help keep the home clean. Additional fees will be charged if there is any damage.

- Additional waterfront information: the dock is over 100 ft long, the depth at the end is typically no less than 2 1/2 ft, though it is tidal, and the closest (free) boat ramp right by Shark’s tooth island is Currioman Landing.

-The house is located in a natural & wooded area, so you may see & hear bugs, bald eagles and ospreys and other birds, furry critters of all sizes (including but not limited to deer, squirrels, and rodents), & reptiles. Our property has regularly scheduled pest control, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in & around the property. Please try to keep the doors closed. Do not feed any wildlife as they are wild animals. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.

-The house is on a well and septic system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper or rinse anything but water down the drain or the system may back up and there will be a fee passed through to the guest.
