If you are a family of more than 4 up to 10 adults, we can arrange multiple rooms on the same floor or inter-connecting rooms to make you all feel comfortable in the same place but it’s subject to availability and advance notice is required.

Facilities are available only for main residents.

Visitors are allowed to visit the room, but they will not be having full services, Like Swimming Pool Gym, Sauna, or other Free services provided by the property to the main paid guests.

Standard Check-in Time is 2 PM (14:00 Hrs)
Please note, TDF (Tourism Dirham Fees) is not included in your room rate which will be payable at the reception upon check in.

Please note, Property has the right to keep the deposit amount Between AED 200 to 2000 Subject to your stay period and number of nights/ months, the deposit amount will be refunded upon departure.

Pictures shown in each property is exactly same as the actual apartment, Pictures are provided by property management.

Luggage transfers will be done by the concierge team upon request.

Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi Excursions can be booked for all guests upon request and subject to availability with additional charge as per the Tour.

Car Rentals also can be arranged by our professional team subject to advance notice.

The meeting, Events, Private Birthdays, and related services can be arranged at an additional cost and subject to availability by Luxury Bookings.

Check-in Place is the Apartment's Reception where we have a 24 hours team available to assist you with extraordinary customer service and support.

Valid UAE Emirates ID, GCC ID, or Passport is mandatory for the check-in process

Property has the right to refuse the guest to check-in if valid documents are not provided during the check-in process for all guests staying in the property.

The luggage Storage area is available to store your luggage during check-in or before check-out.

24 Hours Security available with CCTV Camera to make sure guest security and safe.

The guest will receive the access room key card after the check-in is proceed.


Only the registered guest will be allowed to stay and visit the apartment during the whole stay.


Additional Visitors / Guests are allowed but always Valid ID Passport needs to be registered at the reception and approved by the reception to get access for your visitor's friends or family members.

Additional charges may apply as per the Policy.

Room extension is possible but always subject to availability with prior notice.


During a busy period, departure time and check-in time will be asked by the property to make sure smooth check-in and check-out for all residents/guests
