Very nice place! Helpful owner.

We had a great time at this property. It is very well furnished with a well stocked kitchen and JD provides a great written guide. Owner was quite prompt and also helpful with early check in and later check out. I could not get my minivan in the garage because of the angle. But the owner volunteered to come in and help me get it in. I think a more experienced large minivan driver would have no problems but I did not want to ding the rental.

I would recommend this property for both business travelers and leisure.

Tip: The organic grocery store in Horton plaza has a good selection for people with kids.

Great condo and area!

The owner was prompt and east to get ahold of. Home was clean and well decorated. This condo is in a great part of town. Everything was close to walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property

Great location, amazing property, and J.D. Was always avail and attentive. Very simple check in and out! Loved the coded keypad so didn't ever have to worry about using or loosing a key! Def. one of the best properties that I have stayed at via air b&b would recommend to anyone that does not want to drive downtown! We will def be staying here again!

Great location in San Diego

A very inviting home which was well maintained, clean and decorated with a modern theme. The location was fantastic. We were able to park our car in the attached garage and walk or uber to all of the places we wished to visit. Only a few blocks walk to several restaurants and the Gas Lamp District. There is traffic noise at night but there were white noise machines in every sleeping area. Definitely experienced the excitement of what it is like to live downtown in a big city. JD checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely and left a book with rules and instructions for the home. He also had listed a few restaurant recommendations. I would choose this home over a hotel room anytime if you want to enjoy the feel of a big city in the privacy of your own home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the San Diego row house. The home is in a great location and is very well appointed and maintained. The owner was responsive and attentive to our needs, we will definitely keep this property in mind for our next trip to San Diego.

Location

I bought in this location because I love downtown San Diego. This home was selected because it is one of the few single family homes downtown. That meant I could paint it bright green and rent it weekly without the worry of a home owner's association. The interesting style of these homes won numerous awards for the builder. It features tilt up concrete construction. I liked the fact that the garage is attached and I do not have to go through a public elevator to get into the unit.

Attached garage single family home not a condo, there is no home association to worry about. Every condo association in downtown prohibits vacation rentals of less 30 days, people do it anyway but my tenants do not have that worry.
