The neighborhood is very modern and well kept. It is a very safe area with a lot of tourism. You are close to the Diplomat and the Hyde complex which have very nice restaurants with free access. You can also easily access the Walmart that is located in front of the building, to make the purchases you want.
You are very close to South Beach, in normal time, it can take you 15 to 20 minutes.
Close to the airport, approximately 20/30 minutes without traffic.
You have access to beautiful beaches and beautiful walks in the Golden Beach area, with beautiful mansions and spectacular views.

You can park in front of the apartment at the Walmart for free, but we suggest to use our building parking.
The building has shuttle service to the beach every 5 minutes.

There is many shuttle services to the airport, sawgrass mills, south beach and tourist points. Let us know if you need directions.
