About this property

This super cute home is ideally located on a hillside cul-de-sac lot. Inside is an open-concept great room layout with a lovely corner gas fireplace in the main living area. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a walk-in bathtub! The location is perfect: close enough to the main town to be convenient, but far enough to be relaxing. It is just a short stroll to Rumsey Park (dog park, disc golf, pickleball, tennis, and lots more).

The spacious primary bedroom features a private patio, a large soaker tub, a television, and a king-sized bed. The secondary bedrooms have queen-sized beds and easy access to the shared bathroom with a walk-in tub. Access to the garage is provided, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer is accessible for guest use. The whole group will enjoy the spacious living space with a large-screen television and a gas fireplace. The breakfast bar has five stools, and the dining table has room for four.

Would not recommend this property or property management company

Upon walking in the house, we walked in master bedroom, broken part of blind, laying on floor brand new TVs out of the box not set up, contacted Property management. They told us to use our information to register the TV and that was not until after several hours of trying to contact them, Jen at the Property management is an absolute rude person. She sent out a maintenance gal to set up the TVs. She agreed that we should not be entering any personal information to register the TV. She also agreed that this should have been done before. The place had been put on the market for Rental once again, that wasn’t an employee from the agency, There was boxes strung out throughout the house a brand new vacuum, cleaners appliances, very little bathroom, tiles or accessories , upon opening the nightstand found a bag of Cheetos that have been there for quite some time all in all this property I would not recommend
