Welcome to our Granbury home located in the gated community of Indian Harbor. We offer a 1900 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home just minutes from the lake and Historic Granbury Square. Our home is furnished with quality furnishings throughout, no stairs, a fenced backyard, Roku smart tv's in all bedrooms and the livingroom. All three bedrooms have comfortable king beds with quilts, pillows, and high thread count cotton sheets. The master provides an ensuite bath and also has its own door to the backyard. The main guest bath is shared by the other two bedrooms.
Our baths provide tub and shower options with double sinks in both. Turkish cotton towels and cotton bathmats, also provided are makeup cloths, quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Each bath also has a hairdryer, lighted magnifying makeup mirror and a full length mirror.
The nice sized kitchen comes well stocked with with most anything you could need for preparing and enjoying your meals and includes an outdoor propane BBQ grill. The kitchens island offers seating for three because its always more fun when you can visit and cook at the same time. The dining area is open to the kitchen and offers seating for six at the wood table with cushioned chairs that provide comfort for lingering.
The Livingroom provides comfortable seating on the leather sectional sofa and two chairs with ottomans while the faux fireplace with candles add a nice ambiance to the room. There is a wall mounted Roku tv should you want to stream a movie or two. We also have games available for those quiet times.
The front yard of the house is shaded with a driveway for three vehicles and if you are bringing a boat there is room to park off the street on the grass at the side of the house with security camera's focused on those areas.
The backyard is simple with a privacy fence, grass, BBQ grill and chairs to seat six. It is a quiet place to enjoy the day or evening.
Whether you are visiting the lake or touring the town, Granbury has much to offer. The Historic Granbury Square offers many shops to wander in and out of and you can always find that special something to take home from your visit. There are restaurants for a casual snack or a full meal and several places offering beer and wine along with wine tasting. The square also offers a fun vibe for nightlife, there is usually a band somewhere on the weekend.
Holiday's in Granbury are special and always celebrated with food, drinks, music and festivals. You will meet some very friendly people no matter when you visit our town.
Lake Granbury is very popular with boaters and fishermen alike and tends to be crowded during the summer months. If you are not familiar with it and choose to bring your boat just stick to the channel and be alert for boats pulling tubes and skiers. Friendliness and being a safe boater go a long way here.
